Complaint regards to delay in obtaining various Mfg/ DRC licences

Please note that AIM had lodged complaint to the Secretary, Dept of Agriculture , Maharashtra in February,2019.

It was regards to delay in obtaining various Mfg/ DRC licences of Fertilizers and Insecticides and also requested to stop the PRESENTATION for the same which was conducted by the dept.

Please note above letter obtained from Mantralaya, stating that the Presentation has been called off as per our request. This will stop the harassment of manufactures.

The letter also states the new online process of issuing the various licenses.

It also states that the Quality Performance Certificate data must be compiled by the manufacturer based on samples drawn / passed / failed at dealer and factory level.
