OBJECTIVES OF AIM ASSOCIATION FORMATION

1. To bring all round improvement and unity amongst the manufacturers of various Agro Inputs .

2. To bring about understanding of different government laws to the members . Help members
to fulfill different statutory requirements and regulations .

3. Help members to understand the different ACTS such as Essential Commodity Act , FCO and
Insecticide Act etc indirectly related to Agro input manufacturing .

4. To make strong association among members to unite and fight against any injustice to members in any possible way .

5. To help understand the different government requirements and guide for their fulfillments .

6. To bring about understanding between the Government , manufacturers and end users for progress of nation and benefiting all three.

7. To make presence in Agro Industry as a united forum for Agro Inputs other than Fertilizers and Pesticides .

8. To help members enhance their technical knowledge and guide them to acquire the same .

9. To help the Government bodies in frame working new regulations for benefit of members and farmers equally .

BRIEF HISTORY OF AIM ASSOCIATION OF INDIA

AIM Association came into existence primarily as an urgent measure to tackle a Government Resolution ( GR) against the AGRO INPUTS which are NOT primarily Insecticides and Fertilizers. The GR came in effect from 16.08.2010

The members of AIM include medium to small manufacturers of Agro Inputs from many states primarily adjourning Maharashtra . AIM represents the Agro Input manufacturers on national level with a strength of over 500 plus members . AIM is effectively providing direction and guidelines to its members on many issues regards to frame working of different rules and regulations related to different Agro Inputs manufacture .

The mission of AIM is to provide dignity and respect as manufacturers of Agro Inputs through safe and quality agro input manufacturing in society as well at government level .

Activity

AIM is effectively liasoning and interacting with various Government bodies and top rank officials and also with other agro related associations and thus providing an effective platform for the Agro Input industry and its policy makers to interact with each other and arrive at meaningful solutions to their difficulties.
