AIM UPDATE :
A Stakeholders Consultation Workshop was organised on 30th August, 2023 at New Delhi under the Chairpersonship of JS (INM). AIM Association was represented by Secretary Sameer Pathare ,Vice Secretary Vaibhav Kashikar and GC committee member Rajiv Chaudhary.
The recommendations sent to INM division after last meeting held at NASS , New Delhi on 21.07.2023 were presented to the JS - INM and deliberated at length by all the Associations present .
JS - INM informed the house that INM will consider all the industry recommendations positively and accordingly bio-stimulant notification will be amended soon by taking in to account evidence and recommendations from the scientists.
The issues such as addition of live microbes in Biostimulant category , Pool Data acceptance , increase of MRL and Heavy metal limits etc were discussed.
AIM is also making submission to INM again especially for below points which were raised and discussed in the meeting-
1- Form G3 rejection due to the “ Three year selling “ clause which was very harsh clause for startups and new companies ( Such members should email to AIM with rejected Form G-3 letters )
2- Selling difficulties in many states even if Form G-3 is available with manufacturers
AIM GC feels that there can be some relaxation in current notification and we will keep you posted for further developments.
