AIM GC Committee meeting was held on 2nd March,2021 at Pune. Recent amendment done by inclusion of new Schedule VI in FCO 1985 for Bio-stimulants’ inclusion was discussed at length. All the GC Committee members give their suggestions and inputs on various clauses of Bio-stimulant amendment.
Since the Clauses are not easy to understand and all the information of new Schedule VI is yet to be furnished by GoI , we are closely studying the matter. We will soon arrive at our strategy and will keep you posted for further steps .
The GC Committee also met Hon Director, Dept of Agri at Central Building on 3rd March,2021 to discuss the issue. As per ORDER , “ Form G2 “ will be issued by the Director of respective State ( where manufacturing is ) and the Department will soon give further guidelines about this .
AIM delegation will also meet the CONTROLLER ( JS - INM ) at New Delhi on 5th March,2021 to understand and discuss certain clauses of the Order and also to highlight grievances of Agro SMEs and MSMEs with respect to various provisions cited in the said Order.
We have also taken the Legal opinion about this Order from two leading senior legal experts. Their say and comments too are awaited.
Please also note that we are conducting AGM on 20th March,2021 at Pune. We will send separate post for the details.
It is expected that most of the things will be clear till AGM.
