AIM delegation led by the President Rajkumar Dhurgude along with VP Ravindra Agarwal, S. Shisode and Prashant Shinde had an important meeting with Hon Director of Agriculture Shri Sunil Borkar on 22nd April . The meeting was regards to clarification of manufacture and sale post 16th June 2025 as well as the Form G-3 validity extension request.
The delegation brought to Hon Director’s attention & knowledge that still none of the state governments have issued Biostimulant DRC to manufacturers( & dealers ) and that still method of analysis (MOA) are not included in the Gazette. More over only 11 products are available for manufacture and sale which are not sufficient for farmers, trade & industry. AIM thus brought to his notice that it is necessary to extend the validity of Form G further at least by one year.
AIM demanded a quick clarification on sales from dealer points after 16th June of the goods purchased before above deadline. This may be permitted up to expiry. But same may not be allowed for the inventory at the manufacturers end. AIM strongly recommended that manufacturers inventory before 16th June must be also allowed to sell.
Hon Director promised to raise AIM queries to the INM and communicate later.
