AIM UPDATE :
Today AIM delegation comprising of President Rajkumar Dhurgude, Sameer Pathare and Vaibhav Kashikar met new Agriculture Commissioner (AC) Dr.A.K.Singh in New Delhi and appraised him about AIM’s POOL DATA of 8 Biostimulant products.
The AC was highly impressed to see the dossier and was very positive about making use of the same. AIM delegation requested him to give AIM an opportunity to make a presentation in front of the CBC.
AIM delegation also met Deputy JS Ms Rajani Taneja to discuss about various issues related to Form G-2 and Form G-3.
She said that INM will accept applications for Form G-3 till 31.03.2022. She also said that if needed date for issuance of Provisional Registration (Form G-3 ) will be extended further. She further informed that till date not a single Form G-3 has been issued to any manufacturer. She informed that the processing of Form G-3 is going on but is hampered due to receipt of very large number of files at the last moment ( containing multiple products ) and very less manpower to deal with it.
About non issuance of Form G-2 by some states, she asked AIM to send the issues in writing .
The next important meeting regards to POOL DATA with the JS , INM is scheduled in couple of days .
